When you submit the request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, the property city, the property type, the affected element, and a brief description. Optional fields — such as an email address, a service address or nearest cross street, the number of affected panels, whether the opening is exposed, your desired timing, and access notes — are collected only if you choose to provide them. Please share only what is needed to describe the commercial glass problem.
Attribution data
To understand how requests reach us, we may record basic attribution data with a submission, such as the page you submitted from and referral or campaign parameters present in the link you used. A record of the consent language version shown to you is stored with your request.
How your request is stored
Request submissions are stored in a database so they can be routed and followed up on. We retain a request for as long as needed to route it, respond to related questions, and meet ordinary record-keeping needs, then remove or archive it.

Phone calls and call tracking
When you call the number on this site, standard call details such as your phone number and the time of the call are handled to connect and route the call. Call-tracking (such as CallRail) is not currently enabled on the phone number used on this site. Calls placed to this number are not recorded by this website.
