TRUST · SOURCING & VERIFICATION
Editorial & Source Standards
Every consequential factual claim on this site is tied to an authoritative source, a retrieval date, and a review date — and claims that cannot be sourced are omitted.
Independent service-request website. Calls and forms may be shared with a third-party provider. The provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms.
SOURCE HIERARCHY
Which sources we rely on, in order
The site relies on official government and agency sources first, then adopted code and standards sources, then original data producers, and — when describing how a system works — manufacturer technical documents. Competitor pages are never treated as a factual authority.
In practice that means federal glazing rules, Indiana code and construction design-release rules, Allen County permit, fee, and licensing information, Fort Wayne historic-preservation and right-of-way guidance, and national producer-price data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Each such claim is recorded in an internal evidence ledger with its source, the date it was retrieved, and the date it was last reviewed. You can see how those authorities line up on the Commercial Glass Reference Desk.
Dates change only after a material review of the underlying source, not on a schedule to look fresh. The facts currently published on this site were verified July 25, 2026.
CORRECTIONS
Corrections policy
If something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, we want to fix it. Send the page, the statement in question, and the source you believe is correct to corrections@fortwaynecommercialglassrepair.com. Substantive corrections update the affected claim and its review date.
AI ASSISTANCE & HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible AI assistance and human responsibility
AI tools may assist with drafting and organizing content, but they do not decide what is true here. Every consequential claim is checked against a primary source before it is published, and a human is responsible for what appears on the site. We do not invent an individual author or reviewer; this material is published and maintained by the publisher named below.
When a source is unclear, conflicting, or silent on a point, we do not paper over the gap with generic model knowledge or a competitor’s wording. We either state the limitation plainly and point you to the office that can answer it, or we leave the claim out entirely. The site deliberately favors fewer, well-sourced statements over a longer page that reads confidently but cannot be verified.
